COUNTRY STYLE VANILLA ICE CREAM 
2 eggs
Approx. 2 1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 c. whipping cream
1/8 tsp. salt

In large mixing bowl beat eggs until foamy. Slowly add sugar, beat until thickened. Add cream, vanilla and salt and mix well. Pour into electric ice cream mixer can. Add milk to fill up to line on can and stir well. Churn in freezer. Makes 2 quarts.
