HOMEMADE VANILLA ICE CREAM 
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 qt. milk
2 pt. light cream
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients except vanilla in saucepan. Heat until little beads appear. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Mix well and pour into ice cream freezer. Follow freezer directions. Makes 1 gallon.
