EASY DROP BISCUITS 
2 c. Doughboy multi-grain baking mix
2 tbsp. sugar
2/3 to 3/4 c. milk
Melted butter

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Grease cookie sheet. Dip measuring cup into baking mix. Level off. In large bowl, combine baking mix, sugar and enough milk until mixture leaves sides of bowl and forms a moist dough. Drop dough by generous tablespoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 8 to 12 minutes or until light golden brown. Brush with melted butter. Serve warm. Makes 8 biscuits.
