DROP BISCUITS 
2 c. flour, sifted
3 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. oil
2/3 c. milk

Preheat oven to 475 degrees. Stir together flour, baking powder and salt. Pour oil and milk into measuring cup. Don't mix! Pour all at once into flour mixture. Stir with fork until mixture cleans side of bowl and rounds into a ball. Drop small mounds of dough onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes.

This recipe is quick and easy. I did find that the biscuits were a little salty. So maybe tweak the recipe. Next time I will try half the salt it calls for. Otherwise I really like these biscuits.
