4 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. sesame oil, or vegetable oil
6 tbsp. soy sauce
2 green onions, including tops, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. prepared sesame seed (toasted in a frying pan and coarsely ground in blender)
