TURKEY DIVAN 
4 c. cooked turkey, cut up
1 1/4 lb. fresh broccoli
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
4 tbsp. dry white wine
2 c. grated Swiss cheese
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter

Cut broccoli into 1 inch pieces. Cook in lightly salted water until crisp-tender. Drain. Arrange broccoli in greased 9 x 12 inch casserole. Put turkey pieces on top.

Mix soup, mayonnaise and wine with wire whisk. Pour evenly over chicken. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Combine melted butter and crumbs, sprinkle over all. Bake in 350 degree oven about 30 minutes or until heated through.
