BEANS-N-WEINER BISCUIT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. wieners
16 oz. can pork-n-beans
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. chopped onions (optional)
3 tbsp. brown sugar
7 1/2 oz. can refrigerated biscuits
4 oz. pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 400 degrees. In medium saucepan combine 1 pound sliced wieners, 1 (16 ounce) can pork-n-beans, 1/2 cup ketchup, 1/2 cup chopped onion (optional) and 3 tablespoons brown sugar. Bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes. Spoon hot bean mixture into ungreased 8 or 9 inch square pan.

Separate 1 can biscuit dough into 10 biscuits; arrange over bean mixture. Sprinkle with 1 cup (4 ounce) shredded Cheddar cheese.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and no longer doughy. Makes 6 servings.
