CHICKEN ALMONDINE CASSEROLE 
1 (3 lb.) chicken, cooked with salt and pepper, boned and diced - SAVE BROTH
1 c. slivered almonds
2 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 c. real mayonnaise
3 hard boiled eggs, diced
1/2 c. UNCLE BEN'S® long grain rice, coked in
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
4 c. potato chips (1 lg. bag), crushed; save half for top

Combine all ingredients and salt to taste. Place in greased 9x13 pan. Spread over the top 2 cans cream of chicken soup, then spread the other half of crushed potato chips on top of that. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
