TACO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 to 2 c. homemade taco sauce
8 oz. (leftover) tortilla chips
Sauteed onions, to taste
Olives, sliced to taste
Pepper to taste
Cheddar cheese, grated (save some for top)
Powdered chili, Tabasco, cayenne pepper, to taste

Saute ground meat and drain. Add remaining ingredients and mix gently. Place in 2 to 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Place remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

TACO SAUCE:

1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Combine and simmer very low for 30 minutes.
