This taco casserole was terrific. All I did differently was when I mixed the sour cream and cottage cheese I added an egg and half a cup of milk to make sure it didnt dry out. It was terrific.***********

This taco casserole recipe is a family favorite. My kids and husband always love when I make it which I will be doing tonite. If your family enjoys tacos, this is and excellent way to get the same taste without all the mess. Very YUMMY!!

This casserole was GREAT! The only change I'd make is using a little less onion. I used not even half of a medium yellow onion and it was very, very overpowering. Maybe I should have diced them up a bit more (minced vs. chopped?), but I don't think I'll include nearly that amount of onion the next time around. Otherwise, it was fantastic and my three-year-old inhaled it!
