MICROWAVE CARAMEL CORN 
1 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter
1/4 c. white corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3-4 qt. popped corn

Combine sugar, butter, syrup and salt in a 1 1/2 - 2 quart baking dish. Bring to a boil in microwave, then cook at full power for 2 minutes. Remove from microwave and stir in soda.

Put popcorn in large brown grocery bag. Pour syrup mixture over corn. Close bag and shake. Cook in bag on HI in microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. Shake and cook 1 1/2 minutes more. Pour onto large cookie sheet to cool.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
