MICROWAVE CARAMEL CORN CHEX 
2 sticks butter
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. Karo light corn syrup

Boil together for 1 1/2 minutes. Add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. Pour over 16 ounces Corn Chex in brown bag. Microwave for 4 minutes, shaking after each minute. Spread on wax paper to cool.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
