MICROWAVE CARAMEL CORN 
1 1/2 c. popcorn (not prefixed microwave)
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white Karo syrup
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt

Pop popcorn. Place in large double brown bag. Mix remaining ingredients. Microwave for 3 1/2 minutes on high. Add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. Stir until foamy. Pour over corn in bag. Shake to mix. Microwave on high 4 minutes, turning after 2 minutes. Shake and serve.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
