PISTACHIO BREAD 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/4 c. water
4 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding

Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Put part of topping in bottom of pan.

Mix above ingredients until smooth and pour half of mixture into loaf pans. Layer remaining topping and mixture. Bake 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees.

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts
