PISTACHIO BREAD 
1 yellow cake mix
1 box pistachio pudding mix
4 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/8 c. water
3/4 c. chopped maraschino cherries
1/4 c. sugar, mixed with cinnamon

Combine all ingredients except cinnamon sugar mixture, and mix with a spoon. Grease two 4 x 8 inch loaf pans. Dust the pans with some of the sugar cinnamon mixture. Pour the batter into the pans and sprinkle the remainder of the sugar cinnamon mixture over the batter.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Wrap in foil and refrigerate overnight to bring out the flavor. This freezes well.
