PISTACHIO BREAD | |
1 yellow cake mix 1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding 1/2 c. oil 4 eggs 1 c. sour cream 1/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. water TOPPING: 3 heaping tbsp. brown sugar 2 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 c. chopped nuts With mixer combine all ingredients. Put 1/2 of mixture then topping and 1/2 mixture again. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Makes two bread pans. |
