QUICK PEAR KUCHEN | |
1 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. baking powder 1 c. sugar 1 c. milk 1 tbsp. oil 1/2 c. butter, melted 2 tbsp. brown sugar 2 tbsp. quick cooking oats 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 3 pears, canned & sliced Combine flour, salt and baking powder and 1 cup sugar. Add milk and oil to flour mixture. Stir quickly. Pour butter into 8 inch square or round pan. Combine brown sugar, oats and cinnamon and sprinkle over butter. Arrange pear slices on top of oat mixture. Spoon batter over. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Turn out immediately onto serving dish. |
