CORN SALAD | |
2 (16 oz.) cans Wright's shoe peg corn, drained 2 oz. jar pimento, drained 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 1/2 c. chopped onion 2 celery stalks, chopped 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. vinegar Salt and pepper to taste Combine everything and cover. Chill overnight. Drain some liquid off before serving. This can be made a day or two ahead. |
