CORN SALAD 
2 cans (12 oz.) shoe peg corn, drained
3/4 c. cucumber, diced
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1-2 tomatoes, diced
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 carton sour cream
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. celery seed

Mix ingredients. Marinate overnight.
