NUTTED SWEET POTATOES 
2 (14 oz.) cans yams, drained
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. miniature marshmallows
Melted butter
1/2 c. honey
1 c. chopped pecans

Mash yams well. Add salt, pepper, marshmallows and 1 tablespoon melted butter. Form into 10 balls. Place side by side in 12x8x2 inch baking dish. Refrigerate overnight, covered.

One-half hour before serving, heat oven to 350 degrees F. Heat honey with 1 tablespoon melted butter. With 2 forks, roll each yam ball in honey mixture, then in pecans. Return to baking dish. Spoon melted butter over yams. Bake 15 minutes.
