CORN MUFFINS 
1 c. whole wheat flour
3/4 c. cornmeal
2-3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. mace
1 egg
2 tbsp. oil
2-4 tbsp. honey
1 c. milk

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Beat egg. Mix well with oil, honey, and milk. In separate bowl, mix flour, cornmeal, baking powder and mace. Add wet mixture to dry mixture, stirring briefly, just until mixed. Fill greased muffin tins to 2/3 full. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
