MARK'S CORN BREAD 
3/4 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. white flour
1 tbsp. (heaping) baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. melted butter
2 eggs
1 c. milk

Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients well in separate bowl. Combine wet and dry and stir until just blended. Do not over mix. Bake in 425 degree oven for 22-23 minutes in 9 x 9-inch greased pan.
