FRIED CABBAGE 
1 head cabbage
2 med. onions or 3 bunches green onions
2 carrots
1 green pepper
1 lg. tomato
1 c. water
1/2 c. oil
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp. curry powder

Cut cabbage in small pieces. Slice onions, carrots and pepper; brown in oil. Then add cabbage and water; add curry powder. Slice tomato and lay on top of cabbage. Cover and cook on low heat for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
