POPPY SEED CHICKEN 
3 c. cooked and boned and cut up chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
Salt, pepper and garlic to taste
1 1/2 c. rice
1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs (Ritz)
2 tsp. poppy seeds
1 stick butter; melted

Mix chicken, soup, sour cream, salt, pepper and garlic. Cook rice, spread evenly over 9x13 pan. Pour chicken mixture over rice and spread evenly. Mix cracker crumbs and poppy seed in melted butter. Sprinkle over chicken mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
