POPPY SEED CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 whole chicken, cooked, deboned & cut up
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
2 tsp. poppy seed
1/2 box Ritz crackers (1 1/2 tubes)
1 stick butter

Put cut up chicken pieces in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Mix soups, sour cream and poppy seed. Pour over chicken.

Put in oven at 350 degrees and begin cooking while you prepare cracker crumbs. Crush crackers. Melt butter and mix with crumbs. Put crumbs on top of chicken and cook until bubbly and crumbs are brown, about 30 minutes.
