POPPY SEED CHICKEN 
3 c. cooked, diced chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
4 oz. butter, melted
1 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 1/2 c. Town House crackers, crumbled with rolling pin (1 pkg.)

Put chicken in ungreased 9 x 9 inch baking pan; cover with soup and sour cream (mixed). Sprinkle on top: Melted butter, cracker crumbs and poppy seeds (mixed). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
