POPPY SEED CHICKEN 
2 chicken breasts or small pkg. tenders
1 can cream chicken soup
1 c sour cream
2 tsp. poppy seed
1 "stack" Ritz crackers crushed and mixed in 1/2 c butter melted

Boil chicken on low till tender. Mix soup, sour cream, 1/3 of crumbs, 1/3 of poppy seed in casserole dish. Add chicken. Top with crumbs and poppy seed.

Bake at 350 til bubbly and light brown.
