NO NAME DESSERT | |
1 3/4 sticks butter, melted 12 oz. Ritz crackers, crushed Mix and pat in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Reserve 1/2 cup of crumbs. 2 sm. pkgs. instant pudding (butterscotch is good) 1 c. milk Beat until thick 1/2 gallon of softened vanilla ice cream. Mix pudding mixture with ice cream. Spread on crust. Spread 9 ounce container of Cool Whip over filling. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Refrigerate until firm. Serves 12-15. |
