QUICK SCALLOPED POTATOES | |
10 1/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. onions, minced 1/4 tsp. pepper 4 c. potatoes, sliced Mix above ingredients together except potatoes. Place 1/2 potatoes in casserole and cover with 1/2 of mixture. Repeat. Cover and bake in a 350 degree oven 1 hour then uncover and bake 15 to 30 minutes longer. |
