4 1/2 c. thin sliced potatoes 2 tsp. salt 3 tbsp. butter 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. paprika 1 3/4 c. milk 7 tsp. flour 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 tbsp. dry minced onion 2 tbsp. parsley Boil potatoes 5 minutes, in just enough water to cover. Melt butter. Add remaining ingredients. Cook and stir sauce until smooth. Layer potatoes and sauce in casserole dish. Bake, uncovered, 400 degrees for 35 minutes. |
