QUICK SCALLOPED POTATOES 
4 1/2 c. thin sliced potatoes
2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 3/4 c. milk
7 tsp. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tbsp. dry minced onion
2 tbsp. parsley

Boil potatoes 5 minutes, in just enough water to cover. Melt butter. Add remaining ingredients. Cook and stir sauce until smooth. Layer potatoes and sauce in casserole dish. Bake, uncovered, 400 degrees for 35 minutes.

Pretty good recipe. Although I added some nice sharp cheddar. If not the recipe will taste pretty bland.
