FRESH STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 lg. baked pie shell
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. fresh strawberries (or blueberries)
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water
Red food coloring
Whipped cream

Cream well the cream cheese. Add sugar and milk. Spread on baked pie shell. Cover with fresh strawberries, cut up about 1 cup of fresh strawberries. Combine 3/4 c. sugar and cornstarch. Add water, blend well. Add remaining strawberries and cook until thickened, stir constantly. Add few drops food coloring. Pour over berries in pie shell. Chill for several hours. Serve with whipped cream.
