WILMA'S GLAZED CARROTS | |
2 tbsp. butter 1/4 c. brown sugar 2 tbsp. prepared mustard 1/4 tsp. salt 3 c. sliced carrots, cooked & drained 1 tbsp. chopped parsley Melt butter in skillet. Stir in brown sugar, mustard and salt. Add cooked carrots. Heat, stirring constantly until glazed, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley. |
