WHOLE GLAZED CARROTS 
1 lb. frozen whole baby carrots
3 tbsp. butter, melted
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice

Microwave carrots covered and vented in a microwave safe dish on high for 3 minutes, approximately.

Mix together in saucepan, butter, brown sugar, and lemon juice. Add carrots, mix to coat. Cook covered on medium heat about 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, remove lid during last 5 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
