SPICY TOMATO MINI LOAVES 
3 c. corn flakes
1 can condensed tomato soup
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. horseradish (opt.)
3 lbs. ground beef
2 tbsp. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. parsley

1. Thoroughly combine corn flakes, onion, beaten egg and horseradish and 1/2 of the tomato soup.

2. Mix ground beef into above mixture, shape into individual 4 ounce loaves or ovals. Place on non-stick baking sheet.

3. Mix together remaining soup, brown sugar and mustard. Spread evenly over meat.

4. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 35 minutes or until meat is cooked. Serves 12.
