MINI LOAVES & VEGETABLES 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. onion
1/2 peppers
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. catsup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. sliced potatoes
2 c. sliced carrots
1 can beef broth

1. Mix beef, crumbs, onion, pepper, milk, ketchup, salt and pepper.

2. Shape into small loaves.

3. Place loaves, vegetables, potatoes and broth in roasting pan.

4. Cover and bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven.
