SAUSAGE ROLL 
May be made ahead frozen; defrost, slice, and fill a plate. Microwave 2 minutes or bake 20 minutes to 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.

Defrost according to package directions and roll out on a cookie sheet. 1 1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1 egg, beaten

Open sausage cassing and crumble sausage in a large frying pan. Cook, drain, and drain again on paper towels. In large bowl, mix sausage, Mozzarella, Parmesan, and beaten egg. Spread over bread dough. Roll up like a jelly roll; tuck in ends. Seal seams with a little water on your fingers. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes. Enjoy!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
