COCKTAIL MEATBALLS 
1/2 c. crushed cornflakes
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 lb. ground beef
1 bottle chili sauce
Juice of 1 lemon
1 sm onion, grated
2 eggs, beaten
Salt, pepper
1 (6 oz.) jar grape jelly

Mix cornflakes, onion, garlic, eggs and ground beef, salt, pepper. Form into 1-inch balls.

Combine chili sauce, lemon and grape jelly and simmer for 5 minutes. Add meatballs and cook 1 hour. Skim off excess fat. Can be frozen; reheat to serve.
