COCKTAIL MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. stuffing mix
1/2 c. minced onions
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1 tbsp. snipped parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. shortening
1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
1 (10 oz.) jar grape jelly

Mix ground beef with stuffing mix, onions, milk, egg, parsley, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Shape into 1 inch balls. Brown meatballs in 1/4 cup shortening. Pour off fat.

Heat chili sauce and jelly in skillet, stirring constantly until jelly is melted. Add meatballs and stir until thoroughly coated. Simmer uncovered 30 minutes. You may either use hot dogs or substitute them for the meatballs.

For variation: Use Stroganoff package mix instead of chili sauce and jelly. Follow directions on package.
