COCKTAIL MEATBALLS 
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. crushed cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. instant minced onion
2 tbsp. sweet pepper flakes
9 drops Tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. salt

SAUCE:

3/4 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 tsp. prepared mustard
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
6 drops Tabasco sauce

Mix all meatballs ingredients. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place single layer of meatballs on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Place meatballs in 2 quart casserole dish. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs. Bake 1 hour longer. This is an excellent recipe to make the day ahead, also can be frozen.
