COCKTAIL MEATBALLS 
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. onion
1/4 c. chopped green peppers
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 lb. ground beef
2 eggs
1 tsp. minced parsley
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs

Heat oil in saucepan; add onion and green pepper. Cook for several minutes. Add tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper; heat to boiling. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat.

Combine beef, eggs, parsley, salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper and bread crumbs in large mixing bowl; mix lightly. Shape into small balls. Brown slowly on both sides in small amount of fat. Add sauce, simmer 30 minutes. Serve in chafing dish or electric skillet. Yield: 12-15 servings.
