CHILI MEAT BALLS 
3/4 lb. ground meat
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. fine cut onions
1 3/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. shortening
1 can tomato sauce
2 tsp. sugar
3 c. cooked spaghetti

Mix meat with milk, crackers, onion, and 1 teaspoon salt. Shape into balls; roll in flour and chili powder. Brown in hot shortening.

Blend rest of flour mixture into fat in pan. Stir in tomato sauce; add remaining 3/4 teaspoon salt and sugar. Heat to boiling.

Cook over low heat 25 minutes. Turn meat balls and stir sauce several times. Serve on drained spaghetti.
