CHILI MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. chili, can but preferably brick
8 oz. tomato sauce
6 oz. cheese slices
1 egg
2 tbsp. olives, sliced (optional)

Combine meat, egg, onion, olives, salt, 1/2 of chili and 1/4 cup tomato sauce. Shape into 2 flattish same size loaves. Bake at 350 degrees about 40 minutes. Put 1 loaf on platter, cover with cheese slices. Put other loaf on top. Heat remaining chili and tomato sauce together and pour on top.
