CHILI PORCUPINE MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 tbsp. minced onion
4 c. tomato juice
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 sm. clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. sugar

Mix everything together except tomato juice, sugar and Worcestershire sauce. Form into small meatballs. Pour tomato juice, sugar and Worcestershire sauce into large skillet. Place meatballs into tomato mixture. Simmer over low heat 1 hour or until rice is tender. Remove lid and turn meatballs occasionally. Some of the rice will cook into the juice and thicken it.
