PINEAPPLE MANDARIN CHICKEN | |
1 1/2 lbs. skinned chicken 1/2 c. crushed pineapple 1 orange, peeled & sectioned 1/4 c. lite soy sauce 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1 tbsp. vinegar 1 pkg. onion soup mix 1/4 tsp. garlic powder Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken breasts in baking dish. Spread pineapple and orange sections evenly over chicken breasts. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover and bake 30 minutes. 16 protein units, 2 fruit units, 1 anytime daily. |
