MANDARIN CHICKEN 
3 pkg. oriental noodles (Top Ramin)
4 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. sesame oil
Chinese 5 Spice, to taste
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. brown sugar
6 dashes Tabasco
8 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 lb. lean meat, pork or chicken, thin sliced
5-6 c. thinly sliced cabbage
2 (8 oz.) cans bamboo shoots
1 c. coarsely shredded carrots
4 green onions

Cook noodles until tender; set aside. Mix next 8 ingredients for sauce. Spray wok. Add garlic and red pepper and cook for 10 seconds. Cook meat for 1 minute or until done. Add vegetables, then noodles. (Seasoning to noodles is optional.) Toss and cook 3 minutes. Serves 6.
