MANDARIN CHICKEN SALAD 
2 to 3 c. cut up, cooked chicken
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. thinly sliced celery
1 c. seedless grapes
1/3 c. Miracle Whip
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 c. toasted almonds

Combine chicken, onion, salt, lemon juice and celery. Refrigerate. At serving time, toss chicken with grapes, Miracle Whip and all but a few orange slices and almonds. Arrange in salad bowl. Garnish with reserved oranges and almonds.
