CHICKEN MANDARIN SALAD 
2 c. cooked chicken pieces
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 c. grapes, halved
1 c. celery, diced
1 c. mandarin oranges
1/3 c. slivered almonds
1 c. cooked macaroni rings
1 c. salad dressing
1 c. heavy cream, whipped

Combine chicken, onions, and salt. Refrigerate several hours. Add grapes, celery, oranges, almonds, macaroni, and dressing. Mix well and refrigerate. Just before serving, fold in whipped cream.
