PINEAPPLE MANDARIN CHICKEN 
1 1/4 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 c. crushed pineapple
1 orange, peeled & sectioned
1/4 c. unsweetened orange juice
1/4 c. lite soy sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 packet onion broth
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish. Spread crushed pineapple and orange sections over chicken breasts. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover and bake 30 minutes. Low calorie and delicious!
