HOT TEXAS CHILI 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 onion, chopped
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. vinegar

Place ground beef in a microwave-safe casserole. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on High 4 to 6 minutes or until done. Drain off grease. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on High 4 minutes. Stir after 2 minutes. Serves 4.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
