6 med. sized potatoes, sliced thick, boiled in lightly salted water and drained
1/4 c. hot milk
3 tbsp. soft butter
1 tbsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. melted butter

The amount of milk depends on the kind of potatoes used.

1. Place cooked potatoes in a large mixing bowl.

2. Beat with hand mixer until potatoes are mashed fine.

3. Add all other ingredients.

4. Beat again until fluffy.

5. Put into glass serving bowl. Drizzle melted butter over top and bake in 400 degree oven until top is golden brown.

6. Serve hot.
